📋 Description

• Work closely with the Pureprofile key account client base • Oversee and manage the entire campaign delivery process for a portfolio of high value clients • Demonstrate proactive client engagement and build a reputation for reliable and flawlessly executed projects delivered on time and to budget • Assist with team process improvements • Improve Salesforce processes to help the team work more efficiently and consistently • Assist with auditing for accreditation purposes • Work with others in the business to enhance the delivery team’s offering and services • Identify systemic issues for review and continuous improvement • Support the sales team by attending meetings with key account clients and advising on best operational practices • Manage complete project operations and delivery with end clients and internal cross-functional teams • Receive and clarify client project briefs and tasks • Arrange kick-off calls and update project specifications into statements of work • Review survey questionnaires for design and user experience, including mobile optimization, and consult on best practices • Script/program surveys in Decipher when a locally based programmer is required • Assist with programming queries for key clients before the scripting team comes online • Manage internal and external stakeholders proactively • Make decisions regarding outside suppliers, costs, and commissioning • Manage sample and quotas and fulfilment • Perform data and quality assurance checks • Generate data and reports • Ensure compliance with best practices • Assist with onboarding and training • Accurately document and update detailed project briefs and specifications in Salesforce • Create and update daily progress reports and solutions • Invoice according to completed project specifications and company processes • Document all project details according to required accreditations and policies

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Manager/ Account Management role or equivalent • Proven ability to a high number of complex projects to a high standard at any given time • Experience working within the Australian Market Research industry • Experience with survey programming in Decipher Focus Vision to an intermediate or above level • Proven experience and excellence in panel solutions, delivery and operational accountability • Must work Australia Business Hours • Must be based in the Philippines
