• Provide essential support and guidance for franchisees • Assist new franchisees with setting up their business for success • Review monthly financial statements to advise franchisees • Assist with franchise compliance enforcement
🎯 Requirements
• Experience owning and/or managing a growing business • Ideally experience in the restoration/construction industry • Strong financial analysis skills • Ability to provide ongoing support to franchisees • Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month
