• Provide essential support and guidance for franchisees • Coach and support franchisees with focus on sales, administration, production, and owner responsibilities • Review monthly financial statements of franchisees to advise on profitable growth • Assist franchisees with problem-solving and compliance enforcement • Provide support during CAT events

• Experience in owning and/or managing a growing business • Understanding of the restoration/construction industry • Strong coaching and support skills • Ability to review financial statements and advise on profitable growth • Problem-solving capabilities
