• 2+ years of inside sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, or customer facing sales experience. • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills. • Proven follow up discipline and organizational skills. • High attention to detail with consistent CRM usage. • Comfortable working with activity metrics and conversion goals. • Professional written communication with strong grammar. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Competitive, proactive, and results oriented mindset. • Reliable, disciplined, and highly accountable. • Nice to Have : Real estate industry experience. • Previous ISA or lead conversion experience. • Experience working inside CRMs and sales pipelines. • Familiarity with objection handling and consultative sales techniques.
