📋 Description

• Planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Display, and YouTube. • Managing performance across multiple client accounts, ensuring goals are hit. • Driving performance on key client KPIs across multiple platforms. • Building and executing cross-channel strategies that integrate creative, targeting, and funnel stages. • Performing in-depth audits and delivering actionable recommendations for all ad accounts. • Monitoring account health, pacing, and performance daily, escalating risks proactively. • Leading testing frameworks across platforms (ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, audiences). • Providing cross-channel insights to improve allocation of spend and maximize ROI. • Collaborating closely with internal Creative, CRO, and Client Success teams. • Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance workflows, ideation, or analysis. • Mentoring and guiding junior specialists/coordinators across paid media channels. • Staying updated with industry trends and platform changes across Google and Meta ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, with at least 2 years in Google Ads (Search + Display). • Proven success managing and scaling high ad budgets across multiple platforms. • Strong knowledge of funnel KPIs and advanced attribution. • Hands-on experience with: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok Ads Manager Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setups is a bonus. • Analytical mindset: able to interpret complex data, build reports, and make performance-driven decisions. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Bonus: Hands-on creative experience (UGC, Canva, video, etc.) • Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
