📋 Description

• Migrate, mirror, update, and maintain records between BodyShop Booster and external customer systems • Review source data and ensure complete and accurate transfer to destination platforms • Work with external management systems, reporting tools, and collision-industry platforms such as CCC ONE • Maintain customer, vehicle, repair, appointment, and related operational information across multiple systems • Reconcile data to identify missing, duplicated, inconsistent, or inaccurate records • Investigate discrepancies and take corrective action • Follow documented workflows and customer-specific requirements • Handle PII and confidential customer information according to security and privacy requirements • Document completed migrations, updates, exceptions, and unresolved issues • Escalate system issues, unexpected data behavior, or workflow inconsistencies • Meet turnaround-time expectations while maintaining high accuracy • Assist with migration processes, documentation, checklists, and quality-control procedures • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Support, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams on data and integration issues

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to perform repetitive, process-driven work consistently • Ability to manage a high volume of records efficiently • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn unfamiliar software platforms quickly • Experience with data migration, data entry, record synchronization, data reconciliation, or similar workflows • Experience handling confidential information and personally identifiable information (PII) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to follow detailed procedures and customer-specific instructions • Strong problem-solving skills when records do not match or expected data is unavailable • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work • Strong written communication and documentation skills • CCC ONE or collision repair management system experience is preferred, not required • Collision repair or automotive industry experience is preferred, not required • Experience with APIs, integrations, data mapping, structured data, or system-to-system synchronization is preferred, not required • Experience with CRM, reporting, or business-management platforms is preferred, not required • Experience with regulated, sensitive, or privacy-controlled customer information is preferred, not required • Familiarity with quality-assurance or data-validation processes is preferred, not required
