📋 Description

• Turn creator and user needs into product decisions improving activation, retention, engagement, and creator earnings • Own discovery, prioritization, and outcome measurement for an agreed product area • Build and deliver a prioritized roadmap grounded in user evidence and business goals • Improve activation and retention across owned journeys • Improve creator monetization or engagement while maintaining product safety and quality • Establish reliable measurement, ongoing user discovery, and post-launch learning • Talk with creators and users, analyze product behavior and support trends, and identify problems worth solving • Own roadmap and backlog priorities; define requirements, success measures, and acceptance criteria with Design and Engineering • Coordinate scope, dependencies, experiments, and launches • Account for safety and accessibility • Partner on instrumentation, evaluate funnel and cohort results, and use post-launch evidence to iterate, expand, or stop work • Report to the Head of Product and partner with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of shipped consumer digital products and measurable outcomes • Strong discovery, prioritization, and requirements-writing skills • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority • Experience using product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments • SQL or equivalent analytical fluency is preferred • Technical fluency in mobile and web products, APIs, and delivery tradeoffs • Track record of effective partnership with Design and Engineering • Sound judgment balancing growth, revenue, user trust, and safety • Experience with social, creator, or subscription products is preferred • English level confirmation required
