📋 Description

• Take full, end-to-end ownership of PVcase’s Customer Academy • Set the customer education strategy and roadmap • Connect customer needs, product priorities, and business goals • Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and improvement • Coordinate contributors and manage dependencies, scope, and capacity • Own the learning platform, course structure, and learner journey • Develop learning paths and certification programs for different roles and skill levels • Work with technical experts to convert product knowledge and industry best practices into learning content • Shape and assemble courses, coordinate production and reviews, and maintain accuracy and accessibility • Partner with customer, technical, and product teams to connect education with onboarding, product releases, and adoption • Speak with customers, test learning formats and delivery approaches, and use feedback, analytics, and product usage to improve the Academy • Establish processes for content creation, review, updates, and localization • Coordinate with Help Center, Community, and technical teams to create a connected customer experience • Measure enrollment, active learning, demonstrated proficiency, certification attainment, learner feedback, course completion, onboarding, product adoption, and support inquiry reduction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building or evolving B2B SaaS customer education programs • Evidence of turning customer education strategy into results • Strong ownership and judgment • Ability to prioritize, coordinate contributors, and deliver independently • Practical understanding of learning platforms, instructional design, and adult learning • Ability to build and improve learning experiences independently • Clear communication and an analytical, experimental mindset • Comfort making progress with incomplete information and adapting when something does not work • Preferred: experience launching or scaling certification programs, customer academies, or multilingual education • Preferred: experience supporting technical or engineering audiences, or familiarity with CAD tools and solar workflows • Preferred: proficiency with LMS and course authoring tools, CRM/CS platforms, or AI-assisted content workflows, including TalentLMS, Articulate 360, Skilljar, Gainsight, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud • Preferred: recent experience with AI authoring tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude • English verbal and written proficiency for 100% of the work environment • Immigration-related employment support, including visa sponsorship or transfer, is not available
