📋 Description

• Architect, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, and cloud data warehouses to support both internal analytics and external, client-facing data products. • Write clean transformation logic using tools like dbt and manage robust workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow), taking ownership of system monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution. • Maintain and evolve AWS-based messaging infrastructure (queues, schemas, event streams) to ensure reliable, high-throughput, and low-latency data ingestion across systems. • Design secure, performant, and well-documented data entry/consumption points (such as S3 interfaces) that empower product teams to build data-as-a-product features. • Support scalable deployment using Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code) while maintaining least-privilege AWS IAM access, data lineage, data contracts, and cataloging. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and analysts to turn complex business needs into reusable, self-serve platform solutions. • Participate in code reviews, document data architectures and workflows, and help elevate engineering best practices across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python. • Proven experience as a data or platform engineer, or in a comparable role. • Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, IAM, and related services). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing. • Familiarity with transformation tooling such as dbt. • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow or equivalent). • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform). • Understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT patterns. • Familiarity with messaging systems and event-driven architectures (e.g. cloud-native queues). • Able to collaborate effectively within a small team and with cross-functional stakeholders. • Comfortable working with some autonomy while escalating decisions where appropriate.

🏖️ Benefits

• Flex benefit package, customizing perks to match your unique style. • Enjoy unlimited remote work or join the vibrant offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Barcelona. • Flexible working hours, harmonizing your personal and professional life. • Half-day Summer Fridays. • Full training and onboarding program for a seamless start. • Considerable & steadily increasing salary, recognizing and rewarding your dedication. • Frequent in-office and after-hours activities with team members. • Participation in international training programs. • Internal transparency with company results and salary system, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration. • Additional paid vacation days, including birthdays, volunteering, and other occasions.
