📋 Description
• Design, develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Optimize overall CRM capabilities • Manage and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other core business systems • Configure and customize Salesforce standard and custom objects • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements • Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions • Create and maintain detailed technical designs and system configurations
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development • Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows) • Strong familiarity with foundational web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is preferred • Foundational training or experience in Python, Node.js, or advanced JavaScript is highly desirable • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts • A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a dynamic team
