📋 Description

• Support and transform operations of domestic and international Clients in HR and Payroll Operations • Enhance operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating technological solutions • Full Stack development: Front end & Back end development • Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to MS Visual Studio.net with C#, SQL Server and frameworks • Cooperate with the Client on project analysis and documentation • Provide consulting and general assistance to customers in areas of expertise • Serve as a key resource for specific functional areas, assisting both internal and external users • Share documented best practices and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives • Attend internal project meetings and provide updates on progress and deliverables • Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for software integrations and interfaces • Participate in continuing education sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software development • Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and SQL knowledge • Experience with SaaS/Cloud computing environments, specifically HRIS Systems • Proficiency in MS Visual Studio .NET using C#, SQL Server, and associated frameworks • An ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solutions • Nice to have: Familiarity with applications like Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, and Ceridian • Nice to have: Knowledge of payroll and HR systems
