📋 Description

• Travel to and participate in commercial deployments (Brazil) to support flight testing, customer success and product support • Serve as Pilot In Command or Ground Control Operator of experimental / developmental unmanned aircraft • Lead and/or participate in ground and flight test events as Test Conductor or Test Crew member • Guarantee continuous operations at customer sites by identifying, troubleshooting and fixing any arising issues, both in person and as remote support, with the remote help of Pyka’s engineering teams • Participate in customer technical support on-call rotations • Recommend new features, improvements, design changes, etc. to the design team • Triage any software and hardware bugs and raise most important issues to the relevant engineering teams • Manage complex logistics in support of flight operations • Interact regularly with internal operators and customers to ensure customer success

🎯 Requirements

• Experience flying fixed wing UAVs / model aircraft or large multirotors • Experience with ground control and mission planning software • Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, assembly, and troubleshooting • Basic high voltage safety knowledge and comfortable working on 120 VDC, 20 ~ 30 kW systems • Familiarity with **linux, command line usage, git, Python and C++** • Proficient in Portuguese, **e****xcellent written and verbal communication skills in English** • Experience visualizing and analyzing data logs • Knowledge of aircraft systems and manuals • Experience interacting with customers in high-pressure operations • Independent and motivated, with an extremely strong work ethic; able to self-direct and manage time • Extreme attention to detail and thoroughness • Willingness to travel around the country and spend several weeks working independently
