📋 Description

• Line manage members of the Management Accountant team • Produce timely and reliable monthly management accounts • Identify and investigate variances against benchmarks • Take the lead on process and system improvements • Support and challenge business heads in quarterly strategic reviews • Prepare periodic financial statements and supporting schedules • Develop a continuous improvement framework • Capture data and analysis for business decision making • Support acquisition-related activity including integration of people, systems, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification • People Management Experience • Proven experience in building effective teams and culture • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong Excel skills • Experience in a fast-paced, change culture • Multi-national experience advantageous • Knowledge of IFRS preferred • Project management skills preferred • Experience in software or high-tech industry preferred.
