📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of AI workflows within one or more business functions end to end • Identify and prioritise AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, data readiness, risk and time to impact • Map current processes using volumes, cycle times, costs, exceptions, decision points, systems and data • Redesign workflows, defining agent and human responsibilities, handoffs, escalation paths and controls • Build business cases with baselines, benefit hypotheses, quantified targets, costs, payback and sensitivity • Write PRDs, define acceptance criteria and quality bars, and own the functional roadmap • Partner daily with architects and engineers to make scope decisions, resolve ambiguity, test and accept deliverables • Define evaluation datasets and monitor live agent performance, including accuracy, quality, escalation, latency, cost and user satisfaction • Own adoption through enablement, training, communications, champions, policy and SOP updates • Ensure responsible AI, data handling, privacy and approval requirements are met • Feed reusable patterns into the AI Centre of Excellence • Lead and manage other AI Engagement Specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, business or digital transformation, operations strategy, or top-tier consulting • Track record of change that shipped and stuck • Demonstrable ownership of product specifications or PRDs built by engineering teams • Strong process redesign capability • Business case and value modelling expertise, including baselines, unit economics, cost to serve and payback • Data literacy, including BI tooling and defining and tracking metrics • Working fluency in AI systems, including retrieval, agents, hallucination and grounding, evaluation, human-in-the-loop, and cost • Change management and adoption experience with real end users • Strong influence at senior levels without formal authority • Excellent written communication • Deep functional expertise in the covered business function • Strongly preferred: Enterprise B2B SaaS experience • Manufacturing, supply chain or ERP domain knowledge • Experience deploying AI or automation into production • Experience operating across multiple regions and time zones • Experience working with system integrators or external delivery partners
