📋 Description
• Conduct regular meetings with assigned clients • Analyze strengths and weaknesses in the card business and propose measures for improvement • Promote and place new products and ancillary services • Create and maintain presentation materials • Train advisors at Sparkassen (savings banks) on card products/services • Serve as the central point of contact for customer inquiries • Represent qards at external conferences, trade fairs and workshops, and support internal events
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with an additional business qualification (e.g., Sparkassen Betriebswirt) • Experience in comparable roles, ideally within the banking sector • Knowledge of the card business or payments area (preferably at Sparkassen) • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Confident and friendly demeanor • Willingness to travel and valid driver's license • Proficient in common MS Office applications • Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2)
