• Design and lead rigorous discovery and user research practices • Prototype functional, clickable, and code-backed prototypes • Build internal partnerships for shared product direction • Design a simple experience for clients • Champion agile delivery of design projects • Define metrics that matter for the client digital experience • Embed AI in workflows to enhance impact
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in UX research, product design, or a role with directly transferable skills, typically around 7 years • A portfolio that shows working prototypes, not only polished mockups • High-growth or scale-up experience • High agency and ownership • Bias for action and an iterative mindset • Comfort with prototyping tools • Analytically sharp • Demonstrably ahead of the curve on AI-augmented design practices • Full professional proficiency in English
