📋 Description
• Design and lead rigorous discovery and user research practices • Create working prototypes that inform engineering decisions • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align stakeholders • Simplify clients' experiences to save time and surface insights • Design scalable modular platforms • Deliver value iteratively and break down complex problems • Define metrics for client digital experiences and track their progress • Integrate AI tools to enhance prototyping and design processes
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in UX research, product design, or a role with directly transferable skills, typically around 7 years • A portfolio that shows working prototypes, not only polished mockups • A demonstrated commitment to UX craft comparable to the best products in the market • High-growth or scale-up experience • High agency and ownership • Bias for action and an iterative mindset • Comfort with prototyping tools that go beyond static design software • Analytically sharp • Demonstrably ahead of the curve on AI-augmented design practices • Full professional proficiency in English
