• Evaluate the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, and assess the product quality and safety risks. • Your areas of attention will include Supplier and Sub-contractor Management, Incoming Material Control, Process Control, Warehousing, Quality Assurance Systems, and Productivity Improvement. • Analyze product defects reported by our clients, to determine the most probable root cause, and identify the origin of defects. • Implement practical and cost-effective actions at suppliers’ manufacturing sites, to help them improve and the next level, while leading to sensitive reduction of defect rates for our clients. • Represent both QIMA and our clients while dealing with suppliers, to create healthy and long-terms relationships between our clients and their trusted suppliers. • Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an intervention on-site can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients.
• A higher education degree in a Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering related major • Factory expertise in high-level Textile or Electronic Quality Management for International Suppliers or Brands. • At least 3 years practical experience in performing Quality Management audits (ISO9001, Brands Requirement) in Third Party and ability to perform Softline or hardline product inspections. • ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification and amfori QMI training certificate is a plus. • SCAN CTPAT is also a plus. • Good Command of English (spoken and written)
