📋 Description

• Develop and manage your area: define the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director, Managing Director Brazil, and Heads of Pharma and Cosmetics; plan, implement, and monitor marketing activities and performance. • Create scientific and marketing content: translate regulatory and technical information into clear, engaging messages (ICH-GCP, ANVISA, BE, biosimilars); ensure compliance with local regulations; prepare presentations, technical datasheets, brochures, white papers, and scientific articles. • Scientific communication: make complex data accessible to diverse audiences (sales teams, clients, and conference attendees). • Support the sales team: develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations. • Inbound marketing: manage web pages (PT/EN), write SEO-optimized articles, produce newsletters and email campaigns, and contribute to lead generation. • Measure ROI: track campaign performance and lead conversions in coordination with the sales team. • Event organization: coordinate participation in conferences and trade shows; build and maintain a network of KOLs and strategic partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (MSc) or higher in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry); PhD is a plus. • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing/communication within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or CRO sectors. • Strong understanding of the drug development process and clinical research. • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish required. • Proficiency in content creation and B2B CRM tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and regulatory awareness.
