📋 Description

• Identify, define, and document business processes and software requirements to be implemented; • Elicit and manage requirements, working directly with business areas; • Prepare functional specifications and follow up on requests with the technical team; • Conduct activities independently; • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in IT (diploma required); • Experience identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and software requirements to be implemented; • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and management, having worked directly with business areas, preparing functional specifications, and tracking requests with the technical team; • Ability to work autonomously and strong communication skills with stakeholders.
