📋 Description

• Build user-facing AI agent experiences for businesses managing their finances • Own the Android experience end-to-end • Deliver Android AI-agent features from scoping through release • Architect clean, SOLID, testable, and performant Android code • Use AI coding tools for approximately 70% of coding to review, refine, and ship features • Bring web AI-agent features to the Android app • Collaborate with Product, iOS, Backend, and Frontend teams • Work in small, autonomous squads under the AI Product Lead and Tech Leads

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production experience developing Android applications with Kotlin • Ability to ship Android features quickly and reliably • Experience working in a product-driven, user-centric environment • Fintech or regulated-industry experience is a plus • Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code • Experience building or testing something with AI • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical colleagues • Solution-oriented approach and ability to disagree and commit • Swift knowledge is nice to have, not a requirement
