📋 Description

• Own product-critical features end-to-end, from discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration • Shape technical solutions with Product, Design, and Backend, clarifying UX, performance, security, and time-to-market tradeoffs • Improve app architecture, performance, reliability, maintainability, and test strategy • Contribute to real-time synchronization, resilience patterns, and smooth navigation in a modular codebase • Lead code reviews and technical discussions, share patterns, and mentor peers • Collaborate within a squad of 5 to 10 people alongside Product, Design, Frontend, and Backend • Help build the mobile experience used by over 600,000 European businesses to manage their finances

🎯 Requirements

• Strong native Android experience • Experience shipping and maintaining production features with Kotlin • Ability to own technical decisions end-to-end • Experience with unit, UI, and snapshot testing • Clean-code skills and pragmatic engineering standards • Ability to turn complex constraints into simple, robust solutions • Daily use of AI coding tools • Fluent English • Experience contributing through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
