📋 Description

• Build the mobile experience used by 600,000+ European businesses to manage their finances • Own product-critical features from discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration • Drive technical decisions within the squad, balancing UX, performance, security, and time-to-market • Improve app architecture, performance, reliability, maintainability, and test strategy • Contribute to real-time synchronization, resilience patterns, and smooth navigation in a modular codebase • Lead code reviews and technical discussions • Share patterns and mentor peers • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong native Android experience • Production experience shipping and maintaining features with Kotlin • Comfortable owning technical decisions end-to-end • Experience with unit, UI, and snapshot testing • Clean-code and pragmatic engineering standards • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex constraints • Daily use of AI coding tools • Fluent in English • Willingness to contribute through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship • Must be living in or willing to relocate to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain
