📋 Description

• Build the mobile experience used by 600,000+ European businesses to manage their finances • Own product-critical features from discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration • Shape technical solutions with Product, Design, and Backend teams • Clarify tradeoffs across UX, performance, security, and time-to-market • Improve app architecture, performance, reliability, maintainability, and test strategy • Contribute to real-time synchronization, resilience patterns, and smooth navigation • Lead code reviews and technical discussions • Share engineering patterns and mentor peers • Work in focused squads alongside Product, Design, Frontend, and Backend

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Android native experience • Production experience shipping and maintaining features with Kotlin • Comfortable owning technical decisions end-to-end • Experience with unit, UI, and snapshot testing • Clean code and pragmatic engineering standards • Ability to turn complex constraints into simple, robust solutions • Daily use of AI coding tools • Fluent in English • Ability to contribute through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship • Willingness to live in or relocate to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain
