📋 Description

• Build an intuitive mobile banking experience for European businesses • Craft critical architectural and UI features impacting end users • Work closely with back-end teams, designers, and product managers • Tackle real-time synchronization issues and spearhead new initiatives • Maintain code quality through continuous refactoring and unit testing • Contribute to Qonto's fully Swift-based app using MVP and Coordinators architecture • Work in focused squad teams with Product, Design, Frontend, and Backend colleagues • Use modular architecture, SwiftUI, MVVM, async/await, and the Coordinator pattern • Work with Tuist and CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Firebase Test Lab, Sonar, and Fastlane

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mobile engineer • Strong Swift skills • Deep understanding of the iOS ecosystem, SDK, and development lifecycle • Strong commitment to best practices, including unit testing (XCTests, FBSnapshots) • Knowledge of Clean Code and SOLID principles • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to engineering challenges • Ability to deliver tangible value in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills • Fluent English • Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams with technical and non-technical colleagues • Curiosity and proactive approach to learning new technologies • Willingness to live in or relocate to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain
