📋 Description

• Craft new customer-facing web application features from design through production • Own feature quality throughout the development lifecycle • Lead design discussions and contribute to guild-wide improvements • Improve developer experience across frontend peers • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other Tech teams • Use AI to explore the codebase, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery • Contribute to and use Qonto’s design system and UI library • Improve team tools and processes • Share learnings and help scale effective AI workflows across the frontend guild

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience using React.js • Proficiency in HTML and CSS • Ability to write pure CSS without CSS libraries such as Tailwind • Frontend engineering proficiency • Attention to detail • Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication • AI fluency and good judgment • Ability to validate AI outputs and protect product reliability and user trust
