📋 Description

• Craft new customer-facing web application features within a squad team • Own quality from design through production • Lead design discussions and contribute to guild-wide improvements • Improve developer experience across peers • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other technology teams • Use AI to explore the codebase, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery • Contribute to and use Qonto's design system and UI library • Improve team tools and processes • Share learnings and help scale effective practices across the frontend guild

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience using React.js • Proficiency in frontend engineering • Proficiency in HTML and CSS • Ability to write pure CSS without relying on CSS libraries such as Tailwind • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication skills • AI fluency: ability to use AI for research, writing, coding, and testing while validating outputs • Good judgment to protect product reliability and user trust
