📋 Description

• Craft new features for customers within a squad team, owning quality from design to production • Lead design discussions and contribute to guild-wide technical improvements • Raise the bar for developer experience across peers • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other technology teams • Use AI to explore the codebase, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery • Contribute to and use Qonto’s design system and UI library • Improve team tools and processes and share learnings across the frontend guild • Work with a squad team of 5 to 10 people with clear project mission and full product ownership

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience using React.js • Proficiency in HTML and CSS • Ability to write pure CSS without libraries such as Tailwind • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication • AI fluency: ability to use AI for research, writing, coding, and testing while validating outputs • Strong judgment to protect product reliability and user trust
