• Serve as a key liaison between Leidos QTC Health Services’ RHRP leadership, the RHRP Program Office (PO), and Service Component (SC) points of contact. • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships; facilitate effective communication; and coordinate activities across key stakeholders. • Collect, analyze, and prepare operational and financial reports to support informed decision-making, enhance program performance, and drive continuous improvement. • Attend RHRP PO and SC meetings to ensure the customer and RHRP leadership are kept abreast of concerns. • Proactively solve conflicts and address issues with the customer. • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education. • Minimum 4 years of experience working with military service components. • Must be able to successfully pass contractually required Federal background check - National Agency Check w/ Inquires (NACI). • Contract requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
