• Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), including chasing receivables and vendor payments. • Oversee and forecast cash flow to maintain liquidity and support growth. • Identify, forecast, and mitigate financial risks through proactive monitoring and controls. • Execute payroll using Gusto, ensuring compliance and timeliness. • Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks. • Manage timesheet processes in Bullhorn, ensuring accuracy for employees and contractors. • Work directly with staff and contractors to resolve payroll, invoice, and receivable issues. • Implement and update financial systems, processes, and automation for efficiency. • Provide actionable insights to leadership through reporting and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). • Proven experience in a controller-level role or senior finance position. • Strong expertise in A/P, A/R, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk analysis. • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • High degrees of ownership and accountability.
