📋 Description

• Support processes related to planning hiring demands: • Manage relationships with requesting departments; • Plan procurement activities; • Manage demand for goods and services; • Submit hiring requests; • Define procurement strategies; • Prepare procurement actions; • Support processes related to execution of procurements: • Act as the interface for the "Prepare Procurement" process; • Support the processes for conducting bids, auctions (pregão), and direct contracting; • Support the process for contracting/establishing sponsorships, agreements, and cooperation agreements; • Support the process of executing Public Contract for Innovative Solution (CPSI); • Support the process of contracting via the Price Registration System (SRP); • Support the process of contracting for consortia under revenue-sharing or concession regimes; • Support the process of managing contractual amendments; • Other activities related to the services listed above.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Law, Logistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or Marketing; • Postgraduate specialization in a relevant area; • Experience with SAP ERP — MM module; • Technical writing skills and knowledge of public procurement and bidding; • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
