🎯 Requirements
• B.S in Computer Science or equivalent • 7+ years of backend engineering experience • Proven track record of mentoring engineers • Expert in Python • Strong database expertise (PostgreSQL or similar) • Deep knowledge of distributed systems • Production experience with AWS (or GCP/Azure) • Strong DevOps fundamentals • Data engineering fluency
