📋 Description
• Apoyar en la originación de oportunidades de crédito y alianzas estratégicas • Contribuir al análisis financiero, de riesgos y de impacto para PYMEs y mid-market • Participar en la debida diligencia (legal, operativa, ambiental y social) • Dar seguimiento al portafolio de créditos (tracking de KPIs financieros y de impacto) • Colaborar en la estructuración de productos innovadores (pay-per-impact, garantías especializadas, blended finance) • Preparar reportes y presentaciones para inversionistas, comités de crédito y aliados estratégicos
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración o afín • 1- 2 años de experiencia en finanzas, venture debt, banca de inversión, consultoría, PE, startups o campos relacionados • Fluidez en inglés y español • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y manejo avanzado de Excel/Google Sheets (modelos financieros) • Mentalidad emprendedora, estructurada y con capacidad para trabajar de forma remota
