📋 Description

• Own the entire backend architecture from day one • Define technical standards and best practices • Mentor and guide future backend engineers • Build and scale core backend systems • Co-own technical vision with Head of Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• B.S in Computer Science or equivalent • 7+ years of backend engineering experience • Expert in Python • Strong database expertise (PostgreSQL or similar) • Deep knowledge of distributed systems • Production experience with AWS (or GCP/Azure) • Strong DevOps fundamentals • Data engineering fluency
