📋 Description
• Own the entire backend architecture from day one • Build and scale core backend systems • Design clean, performant APIs • Collaborate closely with Head of Engineering and CPO • Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• B.S in Computer Science or equivalent • 7+ years of backend engineering experience • Proven track record of mentoring engineers • Expert in Python • Strong database expertise (PostgreSQL or similar) • Production experience with AWS (or GCP/Azure) • Strong DevOps fundamentals: Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, Terraform • Data engineering fluency
