📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Fast Shop’s Seller App • Develop new features, improvements, and bug fixes • Analyze functional and technical requirements and contribute to refinement with the Product Owner and the team • Develop solutions focused on quality, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability • Investigate and resolve incidents, performing root cause analysis and proposing permanent solutions • Integrate the application with APIs, services, and systems across the Fast Shop ecosystem • Perform log analysis and troubleshooting • Create and maintain unit tests and support the quality strategy • Participate in code reviews • Work with developers, QA, Product Owners, architecture, and other teams • Participate in refinement sessions, planning, progress meetings, and retrospectives • Contribute to technical estimates and the identification of risks and dependencies • Support deployments, user acceptance testing, and monitoring of production releases • Document solutions, integrations, and technical decisions • Monitor features after deployment and act on anomalies • Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture, code, processes, and engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as a Software Developer, preferably at the mid-level • Experience developing and maintaining applications in corporate environments • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations • Experience with Git • Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary squads • Experience analyzing and fixing bugs in production environments • Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, and design patterns • Experience with unit testing and software quality • Experience developing mobile and/or web applications • JSON and application-to-application communication • Relational and/or NoSQL databases • CI/CD • Logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Authentication and authorization concepts • Software architecture and system integration • Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed application environments • Systems development • Frontend and backend practices • Web security and performance • Microservices with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, GraphQL, Flutter, and Python • OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Maven • JMS queues, ActiveMQ, or Kafka • NestJS, ReactJS, Firebase, GitHub Actions, VTEX IO, and VTEX Commerce • Unit testing with JUnit • Logging with Datadog • Oracle, SQL, MySQL, and Aurora databases • Caching with Redis • Scrum • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Level of autonomy appropriate for a mid-level professional • Clear communication with technical and business professionals • Organization and accountability for deadlines and deliverables • Proactivity • Ability to work collaboratively • Sense of urgency when responding to incidents • Interest in understanding the product and business
