📋 Description

• Manage multidisciplinary teams in client operations (Service Desk, Operations – NOC – and local and remote field teams); • Monitor employee performance, provide guidance and training to coordinators to ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows; • Conduct team follow-up visits to ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs; • Develop and monitor KPIs, implement action plans, and negotiate deadlines and deliverables; • Manage the relationship with assigned client accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field; • Previous experience managing technology teams; • Experience in project management; • Basic knowledge of information security, networks and Cloud. • **Nice to have** • Postgraduate degree in IT or related areas; • Knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft Power BI.
