• Drive Full-Cycle Solutions: You will spearhead high-impact modeling projects from the initial ambiguous question to the final deployed solution. • Engineer the MLOps Backbone: Build and own the automated systems that keep our models sharp. • Elevate the Team: Act as a force multiplier for the team's talent. • Influence Business Strategy: Be the voice of data for your partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree OR equivalent relevant experience. • 10-12 years of work experience in data science. • Production-grade proficiency in Python and SQL and mastery of multiple data science libraries. • A proven track record of designing robust experimental frameworks and validation strategies. • The ability to see the business problem behind the data. • Natural teacher and collaborator who enjoys elevating others.
