📋 Description

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles • Conduct initial screening and schedule and conduct interviews • Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates • Coordinate the process from interview through onboarding • Plan and execute employee engagement activities • Build and maintain candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience • Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets

🎯 Requirements

• Passing year: 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027 • Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably hiring for sales roles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms • Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Candidates looking for full-time roles should apply
