📋 Description

• Provide support for maintaining system stability with minimal issues • Achieve service levels through focus, metrics, and capacity management • Utilize best practices and tools for SLA reporting • Minimize people dependency and move projects toward autopilot operation • Communicate and collaborate with all partners • Resolve Tier-1 incidents, including system restarts, network connectivity checks, model resets, data flow checks, and alert re-processing • Monitor systems and report alerting metrics daily • Review RCA and resolution requests • Execute runbook fixes for incidents • Provide immediate resolution, monitoring, and daily reporting • Verify the server environment regularly • Provide daily and weekly reports on system performance, incidents, and key metrics • Schedule regular downtime for system updates or maintenance with minimal operational disruption • Escalate unresolved runbook issues to L2/L3 support for model or hardware security issues • Adhere to SLAs for response and resolution, prioritizing issues by severity • Check in via email when the Park opens • Check Real Time Overlay and Security Desk • Monitor the PagerDuty channel and take actions according to the runbook • Check Redis database cron jobs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience Level: 1 to 6 Years • Comfortable with rotational shifts • Able to join immediately • Kubernetes Developer skills • CKAD certification • Expertise in Linux • Maintenance of Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters • Implement design patterns for distributed systems • Experience with Kubernetes resources including Deployments, Pods, Jobs, StatefulSets, ConfigMaps, Services, NodePort, Ingress, and Volumes • Helm Charts • Multi-container pod design using sidecar and init containers • Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments (bonus) • DevOps and CI/CD implementation • Deployment strategies including Blue/Green, Canary, and rolling updates • Probes and health checks • Container logs for debugging • Custom Resource Definitions • Strong grasp of core Python concepts • Knowledge of web frameworks • Object-oriented concepts and software design patterns • Production-grade code experience, not only scripts • Database integration and streaming pipelines, including Redis and Kafka • Multiprocess architecture • Git and GitHub • Video streaming and image processing in Python preferable • Cloud services • Core Python concepts including iterators, exception handling, file handling, data types and structures, and OOP • Flask and Gunicorn • GStreamer, FFmpeg, and OpenCV extremely useful and highly rated • Docker and Kubernetes core concepts • Linux shell • Availability for Shift A (6 AM–2 PM IST), Shift B (2 PM–10 PM IST), or Shift C (10 PM–6 AM IST)
