📋 Description

• Champion and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive, time-boxed, and contribute to the team's goals. • Act as the primary liaison between the agile squad and application owners. • Coach the team on agile principles and practices, promote transparency on progress and impediments. • Proactively identify and surface risks, dependencies, and gaps through offline working sessions and continuous collaboration. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of team artifacts, including Jira boards, dashboards, and sprint reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) with strong, proven experience in agile environments. • Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery principles. • Experience coordinating technical projects, preferably migrations from data centers to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Proficiency with Jira for managing backlogs, creating dashboards, and reporting on KPIs. • At least one foundational cloud certification (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer). • Excellent communication, and facilitation skills, with a collaborative and supportive demeanor.
