• Work on assigned user stories, including design, development, testing, and deployment of features primarily within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module. • Build and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of developed functionalities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement. • Engage with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and clarify use cases. • Demonstrate completed features and solutions to users and stakeholders. • Contribute to development efforts using JavaScript (ServiceNow)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) • 2+ years of experience in JavaScript within ServiceNow. • 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments, using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Good communication skills.
