📋 Description
• Manage import/export operations while leading the compliance framework. • Act as the internal expert for HTS and ECCN classifications. • Hands-on management of export licenses. • Collaborate with Go-To-Market team to identify barriers to entry and regulatory requirements. • Ensure accurate Country of Origin determinations.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in Trade Compliance, specifically within Hardware, Marine Electronics, or Robotics. • Deep understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations. • Proven ability to analyze hardware components to optimize HTS classifications. • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, and modern Project Management tools. • Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) strongly preferred.
