📋 Description
• Access channels platforms and check if the Quartile's data basis is coherent with it; • Open tickets and follow them up with other tech teams; • Analyze and answer internal and external client tickets; • Understand Quartile's system and check its daily operations in general; • Analyse and validate new products • Develop reports and documentations • Develop analysis of product improvement • Optimize our verification and validation – Continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Background in Engineering or others Exact Areas • Professional Experience solving problems • Advanced Excel (vlookup, pivot table, sumif, countif, conditional formatting, etc.) • Advanced to Fluent English proficiency required
