📋 Description

• Conduct interactive demonstrations aligned to IP needs for IAM tools users • Attend customer meetings in support of sales representatives to present software • Prepare presentations for seminars highlighting our software • Provide customer training for Orbit Invention and Orbit Asset • Drive internal SaaS offer knowledge raising • Support Product Manager and UX designer with IAM processes and use cases • Ensure regular reporting of field information collected during pre-sales and training activities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree, engineer, or university scientific studies • Completed diploma in intellectual property • Professional experience as IP paralegal for a company or a law firm • IP portfolio management • Significant experience in using Intellectual Asset Management tools • Deep knowledge of IP processes, operations, data and administration • Proficient in extracting business intelligence from intellectual assets • Solid understanding of business value chain, processes, and applications • Understanding of how C-level Executives use IP information • Customer oriented • Excellent communication and presenting skills • Problem-solver and solutions provider • Ability to help with migration of client's data • Excellent listening skills and attention to details • Fluency in English AND German required
