📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from research to production implementation • Establish data science best practices, methodologies, and standards for the team • Research and implement advanced machine learning techniques and emerging AI technologies • Drive strategic data science initiatives that impact multiple product lines • Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists and collaborate on cross-functional AI projects • Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of data science experience with leadership in complex ML projects • Expert-level proficiency in Python, advanced ML frameworks, and statistical modeling • Proven experience with Azure ML, big data technologies, and production model deployment • Strong research background with the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
