• Maintain and administer core HR systems, including Dayforce, iCIMS, Lattice, and other connected platforms • Configure security roles, workflows, integrations, and system changes • Audit, validate, clean up, and protect HR data integrity across integrated systems • Maintain system health and update system documentation • Serve as an escalation point and partner with vendors and IT on root-cause analysis and permanent fixes • Lead or support module rollouts, system implementations, enhancements, and vendor or platform changes from discovery through go-live and hypercare • Coordinate data migration, integration mapping, testing, cutover, regression testing, UAT, and release management • Support creation of user guides and adoption of new tools and processes • Gather requirements and help define functional specifications • Partner with HRIS, HR Operations, IT, Finance, and system owners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ • Build or support automated reports and dashboards • Support security, compliance, and audit requirements, including SOC and ISO controls • Ensure data readiness for compensation and performance cycles
• 3+ years of experience as an HRIS analyst, technical business systems analyst, or in a comparable systems role • Hands-on exposure to enterprise HR platforms such as Dayforce, iCIMS, Lattice, or similar • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality • Experience with system implementations, integrations, configuration changes, or vendor transitions • Ability to work independently, prioritize well, and follow through • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous-learning mindset • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams • Comfort collaborating across time zones with global, distributed teams • Clear written and verbal communication in English
