• Keep validators online and un‑slashable • Operate and tune validators across various platforms • Ensure high availability and performance of blockchain operations • Manage keys and slashing protection strategies • Automate and streamline processes via IaC
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Linux + Kubernetes • Proficiency in IaC (Terraform/Helm/Ansible) • Knowledge of Go or Python (plus Bash) • Validator operations experience • Key management & signing expertise • Strong observability skills • Depth in networking & systems • Experience with rollups
