📋 Description

• Designing full user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for your dedicated product area (e.g., Payments, Onboarding). • Planning, executing, and synthesizing usability studies and user interviews to validate your specific feature designs. • Creating detailed developer handoff files and performing "design QA" on builds to ensure the final product matches the intent. • Actively identifying gaps in our component library and proposing new patterns to the Design System Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• You start with the user problem, not the solution, and can iterate quickly through wireframes to find the best flow. • You have a high bar for UI design and can deliver polished, high-fidelity designs that are ready for production. • You are comfortable running your own usability tests and using that feedback to kill your "darlings" for the sake of the user. • You thrive in a squad environment and can manage your own time and priorities alongside a Product Manager.
