📋 Description

• Manage and maintain vendor master data in SAP with precision and accuracy. • Validate incoming requests and perform integrity checks to ensure data quality and compliance. • Review supporting documentation and ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards. • Serve as a trusted point of contact for vendor master data inquiries and issue resolution. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and data accuracy. • Run data quality audits and support data cleansing initiatives, including duplicate elimination and record optimization. • Analyze root causes of data quality issues and help implement preventive solutions. • Maintain accurate tax and banking documentation with proper validation and storage. • Support internal and external audit activities. • Participate in special projects, including onboarding new vendors and managing vendor reactivation processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field • 1+ years of experience in Vendor Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Database Management, or related areas • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
