📋 Description
• Meet defined tasks related to client specifications. • Find solutions to issues during field deployment. • Formulate and assign the monthly work plan for the field team. • Proactively recruit and onboard field service providers. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Control budgets and monitor expenses. • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. • Identify bottlenecks and optimize procedures. • Collaborate with EMEA Operations Manager and other team members.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ Years of experience • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools • Strong management skills • Fluent in English and Spanish • Additional language skills may be helpful.
