• Meet client-defined customer care tasks and promptly resolve field-force deployment issues • Listen to clients and provide high-quality support • Formulate, organize, and assign monthly work plans for the field team • Allocate resources to projects based on location, availability, and client needs • Recruit, onboard, and expand the field service provider network to close geographic coverage gaps • Track KPIs and monitor adherence to monthly schedules • Implement strategies to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs • Control budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, safety, client, and process requirements • Identify bottlenecks and standardize procedures for operational efficiency • Improvise solutions for issues arising during daily operations and field tasks • Work closely with the EMEA Operations Manager, team members, and IT accounts across Europe • Supervise and support internal teams, including RAMs and auditors • Network with customer stakeholders and develop working relationships
• 8+ years of experience • Professional office experience • Effective use of Microsoft Office tools • Ability to learn custom in-house software • Ability to oversee and improve client-defined operational processes • Ability to reduce cost of service (COS) • Strong management skills to supervise and support internal teams, including RAMs and auditors • Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities while working from home • English and Spanish, spoken and written, required • Strong communication and active listening skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to network with customer stakeholders and develop excellent working relationships • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
